Ken Fulton (August 23, 1947 – August 3, 2020)

Ken Fulton was an icon in amateur astronomy circles for his 1984 classic The Light-Hearted Astronomer. The book and its revised 2019 edition, The Light-Hearted Astronomer Observes Again, can be purchased on Amazon.com, along with those of his wife, artist and photographer Doris Fulton. Ken was her greatest inspiration. He bought Doris her first telescope and taught her how to use it to take pictures of the Moon.
